Yes! By signing up to our membership, you get one month free in March. You also save £40 per event on a Standard Stall and £80 per event on a Premium Stall.

Remember: you must lock in the discount with the Membership Package by booking with 50% deposit.

• Payment 1 - 50% on Booking

• Payment 2 - 25% on 1st December 2024

• Payment 3 - 25% on 1st February 2025

You will receive an Automated Invoice to your email for the 2nd and 3rd Instalments.

All Invoices must be cleared within 3 days.

No. Power is not included with this Membership Price.

Once you have signed up to our Membership, you will be given an opportunity to purchase Power. We have taken the hassle away for you in 2025 - no need to bring your own Power supply this time.

Power will be a set fee of £179 per event which includes On-Site Technician, Delivery and Pick Up, Fuel for the day and Maintenance.

Power is limited to 6 Vendors and will be offered on a First Serve basis.

You can change your mind up to 3 days from the deposit being paid.

Thereafter, we start our administration and onboarding process for you as a vendor.

Should you wish to cancel your membership, you must write in to: marketing@monos.ai

We give you a 3-day grace period for a Full Refund.

Thereafter:

• 50% Refund - before the 1st November

• 0% Refund - after 1st November

*We offer no refunds after 1st November due to the administration, nature and frequency of the events.

Once you have signed up for our Membership, you will be given Early Access to the Floorplan.

You can select your desired stall location. Remember to choose your spot early! You can select this location as your Pop-Up Shop for each event. This means you will ALWAYS have this spot.

For 1 Item - £800 per event

For 2 Items - £1,200 per event

For 3 Items - £1,600 per event

These are for single products, menu items. For example: Strawberries and Chocolate is classified as 1 Item.

PLEASE NOTE: As Market Street is vast and diverse with many access points, we do not recommend booking exclusivity. As a company, we monitor the number of stalls in each category.

For example, if you sell the popular Dubai Chocolate, we will only allow 1 vendor per section selling the same item. This is the fairest way and allows to keep your costs low.

We as a company do not oversubscribe on any item. This ensures fairness across the events. However, if you do feel that you would like your Item to be Exclusive, you will be given an opportunity once booked via email.

However, stalls sell fast and you will not qualify for any discounts that are included in the Membership Offer.

As a Member of MONOS MARKETS, you will be given 4 x Tickets to the event for you and your friends/family.

You will need the following:

• Food Hygiene Rating 4-5 stars

• Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 and above

• Public Liability Insurance

• Outdoor Catering Form - this will be sent to you to fill in.

If you are a Food Vendor, and do not have the correct documentation that is required, you cannot book with us.

As we are in association with Manchester City Council, you must have the correct documentation required before booking.

We accept no responsibility for your booking or offer any refunds, if you ignore our advice, choose to book and cannot vend at the event due to lack of documents and rejection from Environmental Health and Manchester City Council.

Yes, once you have made your initial booking you will receive an Electronic Agreement sent directly to your email. Please retain this for your reference and records.

Due to the nature, frequency and administration involved for MONOS Markets, you will lose that said month of vending.

It is key to organise your calendar accordingly to ensure you maximise the Membership and it's benefits.

We do not accept any responsibility if you double-book or change your mind for any event.

Whilst we understand that certain situations are out of your control - unfortunately due to the nature, frequency, partners and administration involved for MONOS Markets, you will lose that said month of vending.
